REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All classes are limited in size and are on a first come, first serve basis. As soon as you pick your class date you will need to call our office to register for the class. You will be expected to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $150.00 on full classes or $250.00 on Semi private and private classes on the day you sign up. You will receive confirmation and release forms in the mail to fill out and return to us. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to the date of class. If the rider is under the age of 18 the release form must be notarized.

NO REFUNDS OF THE BALANCE DURING THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS UNLESS WE RECEIVE A WRITTEN EXCUSE FROM YOUR DOCTOR
